If the tumor is categorized as benign, the cyst may only be aspirated using a syringe or surgically removed. 4. More preventive actions. You should take care of your body by eating healthy foods that come from natural sources. Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. Take in more fiber and drink lots of water, preferably 1 gallon a day. You should also consume good types of carb to restore energy immediately and prevent unhealthy hunger pangs.

Exercise regularly to get rid of toxins and other harmful agents in the body. Do at least 30 to 60 minutes of cardiovascular exercise 3 to 4 times each week. Rest periods are also compulsory.
